Wildlife Wild Skies: Jasper Planetarium Combo

Please be aware of that. You will not be returning from the first tour in time to take the second planetarium visit so suggest you do not do this as a combine tour if you want to do both. The Sun, dog wildlife tour was supposed to pick me up at 5:30 PM and did not pick me up until 6:15 PM. I was told the tour would end between nine and 930 in order for me to be able to make the 9:40 PM planetarium tour that I paid for in this combine tour. The first wildlife tour did not finish until 10:15 PM which was well after the start of the planetarium tour I was unable to go to This delay ended up costing me over $50 in taxi fees because I was not able to take a prearranged transportation that I had set up based on making the 940 planetarium tour I am expecting either Sun, dog tours or Viator to reimburse me for these additional cost. I had due to this error that was made in returning from the first tour on time.

<p>Great combo! Love the Wildlife tour. Guide was very knowledgeable with tons of stories and he was very accommodating to the crowd on what they wanted to see and how long they were able to be out on the tour. There were some complaints about the AC and wanting water. Perhaps a note that this is a 5 hour for people come prepare with water and snacks. The Planetarium was informative, entertaining and interactive. The Star and planet gazing was lovely. Come prepare to be out doors, it can become pretty chilly, There are tons mosquitoes out! Luckily We were offered some bug spray. Overall, awesome combo! Just come prepare for a tour that time varies to wildlife and weather.</p>

<p>Both tours excellent, however communication from provider (sundog) was very poor. Would highly recomend both tours, but booking them together a joke. Told us where pick up was then sent urgent email to confirm pick up point?!? Lady on phone clueless! Too much hassle. Had 1.5hr wait between tours too!!!</p>
