5. Bookings and Payments

Excurgo does not process bookings or payments. When you select a tour and click to book, you are redirected to Viator.com. Your booking is subject to Viator's own Terms and Conditions, cancellation policies, and payment processing. Excurgo is not a party to any booking contract.

6. Reviews and Ratings

Review ratings and review counts displayed on Excurgo are sourced from Viator and Tripadvisor. These are Viator Unique Content and are not indexed by Excurgo. The provider of reviews is indicated as required by Viator's partner terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The Excurgo brand, logo, and original content are the property of Excurgo.com. Tour content, images, and descriptions are the property of Viator and respective tour operators. You may not reproduce or distribute this content without permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Excurgo is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the site or the accuracy of third-party tour data. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Excurgo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to issues arising from third-party bookings made through Viator.
