How Cancellations Work

Excurgo is a discovery platform — we help you find tours, but all bookings are made directly on Viator.com. This means all cancellations are also processed through Viator.

To cancel a booking:

  1. Log in to your Viator account.
  2. Go to “My Bookings” and select the tour you want to cancel.
  3. Follow the cancellation steps on Viator's platform.
  4. Refunds are processed by Viator according to the tour's cancellation policy.
