Our guide George was excellent. He had a wealth of knowledge and spoke very good English. We had a child in a stroller and George always helped carry the stroller (child included) up and down stairs. Excellent quality service which made the day even more special.
Good, but photography is prohibited, and there are a lot of people; especially, you must book your entry in advance, otherwise, it is impossible to access.
Too many people,too much to take in and a little hard to keep up when with tour leader. She was good but a little difficult to understand at times I only wanted to see the Sistine Chapel and the main church area Bit overall good

Good guide. The app and the ticket access process doesn’t work well and added unnecessary stress. No Raphael Rooms on the tour was a disappointment.

Don’t purchase this tour the face value of the ticket is €26.50 per person I was charged £205 for two tickets via this operator!!

Informative guide provided a lot of background information. We walked through the museum, sistine chappel and St Peter's Basicillica. Took about 2.5 hours.
Apparently we were there and a slightly less busy day and IT WAS PACKED. The tour itself felt a little rushed but I think it may be the only way to see all the things we did.
