Address was incorrectly printed on Viator in multiple locations and there’s no direct way to contact the tour group if lost. They were not accommodating at all and quite rude about their mistake. I would never book again, there’s not nearly enough helpful information if it’s your first time in Rome. Be careful with Viator tours in Rome, most are SCAMS according to direct site locations.
