Good tour

An amazing Vatican experience from start to finish! The tour was very well organized, and our guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the history and artwork come alive. The Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel were absolutely breathtaking, and having access to St. Peter’s Basilica made the experience even more special. The skip-the-line access was also a huge advantage. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Rome!

Poor service

We didn't go on this tour as I was notified the day before that they had changed the time, without any consultation, and we couldn't get there at the new time. Booked last minute with Crown Tours instead and had fabulous experience. Refund issued relatively easily hence 2 stars instead of 1.

Stunning and Efficient

The meeting place was easy to access (remember your ID with name and picture! They didn’t check this time, but you don’t want to be caught out). Patrizio did an excellent job keeping us to time, smoothly and efficiently, taking us through the sites and explaining the key history. We had enough time for our bathroom and water breaks. It was an excellent tour and I would recommend it.

A great experience

We had an amazing experience, our guide was so knowledgable and answered everyone’s questions really well. It was definitely worth the price as our guide and time at the Vatican City was super! I think the 3 hours was a good amount of time to see everything, especially given the summer heat. We both had a lovely time and would recommend to everyone!!

Meeting point not...

Meeting point not too difficult to find. Good handling of security checkpoints. Very good French-speaking guide, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Radio: sometimes small problems with cutouts and noise. Very nice tour of the museums, good explanations at the beginning of the Sistine Chapel, but the visit to the latter was too rushed given the flow of people. We would have appreciated being guided for St. Peter's Basilica, but we had to go back outside to visit it. But overall, good tour and magnificent places.
