Rita was a fantastic guide. Knowledgeable and friendly! Thank you!
Vera is very knowledgable and passionate about what she does! You wont miss touring with her. She will also tailor questions / parts of the tour to your liking as she learns your interests. All around great host.
Bruno was an excellent guide, better than most. We arranged pick up at our hotel and the driver drove us to the entrance where Bruno met us. Bruno was a wealth of information and had little add ons to the pieces we saw. If you can time your St Peter’s entry a little later you can see more of the Vatican museum and there is a lot to see! Overall, excellent experience and will look to book with them again.
Giovanni made our visit to the Vatican Museum, Sistine Chapel and Basilica very special. He gave us so much insight into the history, the art and other interesting facts, things we never knew or heard of from our first trip 44 yrs ago on our honeymoon!
We had an absolutely amazing tour! Our guide was incredibly passionate, patient, and knowledgeable. You could tell how much they genuinely love what they do, and they took the time to answer every question and make the entire experience interesting and enjoyable. We learned so much and couldn’t have asked for a better guide. Highly recommend!
Sandro was an amazing guide. He was extremely knowledgeable and also flexible to our needs/requests. Our entire family (from 11 year old son to 77 year old grandmother) enjoyed the day and walked away with great appreciation for this impressive experience.
Greeter hasn’t showed up. Better go yourself without booking the experience and getting upset that the agent/greeter is not showing up
Navigating the Vatican process is overwhelming so I didn't mind paying more to get assistance, but that assistance did not happen. The meeting point was clear but what they did not tell you is that it is also the meeting point for every other tour so it is mass chaos. I was there on time and never saw the man with the sign for this tour. There were literally dozens of other tours so hundreds of people gathered across the street from the Vatican so that they could go get in line with other hundreds of people. I contacted the site and they told me to go look for the guide. I did that and then told them I could not see the guide or the sign. I got a canned reply that they waited for me but because I wasn't there they just sent me the tickets. I just have to say this one more time.... I WAS THERE ON TIME. So basically I paid more for a ticket that made me navigate the process on my own.
This tour was amazing. Our guide Massimo made the entire experience so special and he was so educated on everything. He was the best tour guide we could’ve gotten!! Amazing time.
We had such a great tour! There were no lines when we went and we were told this was “empty”. We missed out on the tour of the Basicila because of the time and day that we booked, but got to see other sights in the Vatican to make up for it. Laura was so knowledgeable and you could tell was excited by the history. Having a small group was nice too. She made sure to get us up close to what she was explaining about. Highly recommend this tour.
