In a semi private group, follow an expert English-speaking guide through the Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel, and St. Peter’s Basilica when basilica access is available. Along the way, see highlights such as the Pio-Clementino Museum, Raphael Rooms, Borgia Apartments, Gallery of the Tapestries, and Gallery of Maps.

Vatican museums, Sistine chapel and St. Peter’s Basilica tour
Very comprehensive! So much to see; it could literally be several days. Tour guide handled the crowds well. We got to see a lot, but it only scratches the surface. Not the guides fault. So much to see and appreciate!
Operator response

Overwhelming but magical
This tour was very physical. Did not anticipate the levels, stairs, lack of ventilation. No A/C. But our guide was fantastic, knowledgeable. Could not have done this on my own. Our guide was needed and truly appreciated.
