Great Educational Tour of the Uffizi.
Great small group tour with only 6 people. Start was delayed by 2 hours but we managed to fit it in. Our guide (Maria) was really knowledgeable and friendly.

Excellent highlights at the Ufizzi
Excellent tour with Natalia! Guided us expertly to the highlights of the museum. Very informative. Also, one person in the office made an exceptional effort to guide me to their office meeting point.

Beautiful artwork and wonderful guide
Beautiful artwork. Our guide Mirella gave us wonderful information on the main pieces and enough time at each without rushing. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend this tour so you can better understand the history of the building and the artwork.

Excellent tour
Excellent experience in a group of 8 people with a guide speaking into a microphone and participants with earpieces, which allows for relaxing listening. Congratulations to the guide who captivated us from beginning to end and conveyed this aspiration for beauty. I particularly appreciated his choice of words and his pace of speech in perfect French. Best tour of Florence.

Knowledgeable tour guide
Very knowledgeable tour guide , Cris. City Tours staff, spoke excellent english. Took us to the highlights. Small group indeed, which we preferred. Also cute shops and bag artisans next to the tour office. Got great bargains there. That's a plus while waiting for the tour to start.

Problematic tour of the Gallerie degli Uffizi
The Uffizi is beautiful. Packed obviously and our tour guide did a very good job at navigating the various stops along the way. Thank you for that. Unfortunately, the radio system was terrible and the fact that she didn’t hold it close to her mouth made it very difficult to hear. Combined with a thick Italian accent, the low tone, and terrible headsets made for a disappointing tour. As opposed to the visit into the Palazzo Vecchio, with a guide who spoke very loudly, and did not have a strong accent. Sad, because I’m sure some of the details of the most famous works of art in the world, would have been wonderful to hear. Unfortunately, we had to go back and read about them.
