Our guide was exceptional and we absolutely enjoyed the tour very much. But we were told several times via message to be st the meeting point at 1:45. However the guide did not show up until 2. Seemed like a disconnect. And with all of the security (and a much needed bathroom stop) our tour really did not begin until 2;15.
Check-in was very chaotic and disorganized , no clear instructions from the peoe we checked in with. When guide finally arrived it was better.

Very informative and great way to see the Ufizzi. Our guide, Cosetta, was excellent and was obviously very knowledgeable about art history and history in general. Gave a great context for understanding what we were seeing
The meeting point was extremely confusing, with no clear signage (there was promise of a sign but nothing apparent). The company organising barely seemed interested in making sure people were on the tour. There was no provision or mention of lack of provision for people with hearing aids. The guide was generally good and supportive, but on the whole we found Uffizi disappointing, far too crowded, with people mainly being there to take pictures of the art rather than appreciate the art itself. Not recommended.
The Uffizi Gallery was amazing and perhaps a little overwhelming. There was so much to see! Our guide was very knowledgeable and share significant details of paintings and history with us.
We booked this tour as it was marketed as a ‘skip the queue’ tour. It turned out not to be. After pickup, we joined a queue of other guided tours which was huge. We were in this queue for 45 minutes. In the meantime the main queue into the gallery was moving and disappeared as it was early morning. After waiting 45 minutes, a large Sky 10 tour, out of nowhere , barged to the front of our queue and forced their way through . Our guide confronted the lady that was leading the Sky 10 tour but she was ignored . Another two tours appeared out of nowhere and tried to do the same thing . It was chaotic. We would have been better off just making our own way into the gallery as this tour wasn’t cheap. Our guide was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful.
