Tokyo: Game Boy Mod Workshop in Akihabara (Original/Advance)

I had such a great time at this workshop! You can choose between customizing a classic Game Boy or a Game Boy Advance, and there are so many different options to make it your own. Before getting started, there’s a really interesting presentation about the history of Nintendo and the Game Boy, which was a nice touch and made the whole experience even better. The staff were honestly amazing. Super friendly, really cool and always happy to help with anything. You can tell they genuinely love what they’re doing. It’s such a fun experience, especially if you grew up playing Nintendo games. You also get to take home your very own customized Game Boy, which makes it even more special. Would definitely recommend it!
