Amazing tour with Na-chan today. Very organized but not rushed. She provided wonderful commentary and even taught us a little Japanese. This tour was an excellent value - we had luxury bus transport to Mt Fuji station 5, a tram ride in Hakone, plus a cruise on a pirate ship. To top it off, we rode the bullet train back to Tokyo. Our hope was to see Mt. Fuji and she made a surprise appearance just for us!! Great day!
Very good tour! We actually got to see Mount Fuji at the 5th station🗻 Lunch was good and they have notes that tell the different ingredients. Didn't get to see it when visiting Hakone because of clouds🥲Overall, it was a very good tour😎 Our tour guide, Na-Chan, was so friendly and responsible. She made the tour even better! Since it was her 4th time doing this tour, she did a very good job. It was probably because of her we got to see Mount Fuji🗻 (P.S you need to pass her quiz to get home xD)

A really nice trip and Aki was friendly, helpful and fun. Disappointed by something beyond the control of the operator - Mount Fuji had its head in the clouds most of the time. The Hakone Ropeway was also shrouded in fog a lot of the way. But it was a good day out with lots of good experiences.

Na-chan was an amazing tour guide for the day! She was enthusiastic, kind, professional and very knowledgeable. She even taught us several Japanese phrases. Stops on the tour were good.

A long day. Varied sights and activities. Unfortunately we only got the briefest glimpse oft Fuji due to the weather. The guide, AKI, was personable and knowledgeable with excellent English. Happy to recommend
