Timed Entry Tickets-Florence Accademia Gallery Tickets

They didn’t show. We arrived 15 mins early and looked for 35 mins. Asking the pisa staff in red shirts who told us to try different agencies to get paper tickets as the pdf sent to us was useless. Then a crown tours guide tried to help and stated they never heard of the company and saw no where to send us to go. So he couldn’t find them either. We actually lined up in the line when another tour guide from another company told us to go there. After 35 mins we got to the front and escorted out of line b/c we needed paper tickets, but we couldn’t find anywhere to obtain them. After 90 mins we gave up. I requested a refund and was denied. They said they were there. But IF they were they definitely were not visible and others do not know about them. I heard that time and time again. So DO NOT book this tour. Use crown or someone who is known in the area.
