Ok, but with technical issues
Bring your own headset and have WiFi access. If you lose the downloaded audio guide on your phone, you don’t have any access to the narrative

Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify a few points about the audio guide. The audio guide is an app specifically designed to be downloaded onto the visitor’s personal device and used offline, so an ongoing Wi-Fi connection is not required during the museum visit. The app and its content remain accessible once they have been downloaded to the device. The voucher also clearly states that visitors need to bring their own headphones or headset. Since this is an app that is downloaded and used on each visitor’s personal phone or device, we cannot provide headsets, as we would not know in advance which type of device each visitor is using or which headset connection would be compatible with it. Our staff at the meeting point are available to assist guests with downloading and setting up the app before entering the museum. We’re sorry if this information was not clear and appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve the instructions we provide to our guests.

Messy unorganized experience
Very unorganized and no guide in sight. Nobody available to help. Do not recommend this company for your tour.

We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience. However, we would like to clarify an important point regarding the service you purchased. This was not a guided tour with a tour guide. The product purchased was a self-guided visit, including a timed-entry ticket and an audio guide app. The instructions on the voucher clearly explain that guests must first come to our office to redeem their tickets and download the audio guide before proceeding to the museum. Our office is located just 50 yards from the Accademia Gallery entrance, and a member of our team is available there to assist guests with ticket collection, the audio-guide app, and a free Wi-Fi connection. The meeting point is therefore not outside the crowded museum entrance, nor is there a guide waiting there, as this is not a guided tour. Unfortunately, it appears that the instructions on the voucher were not followed and that the service purchased was misunderstood. We are always happy to assist our guests, and our nearby office is specifically provided to make the ticket collection and audio-guide setup as easy as possible. We regret the misunderstanding, but we hope this clarification helps explain the service that was purchased and the arrangements clearly outlined on the voucher.

The gallery was...
The gallery was impressive (especially the statue of David) and I would visit again. My only concern was the challenge in locating the ticket office near the Academy to obtain our actual tickets. It wasn’t clear from the booking that this was required rather than proceeding directly to the entry point. Also make sure you bring your headphones as they are not provided so we had to share within our family.

Great cost benefit!
Very good experience! Priority entrance and audio guide were great allies to enjoy the visit. The Galleria dell’Accademia is impressive, especially the David of Michelangelo. An important tip: be aware of the gallery’s closing hours (18:30). We entered at 5:00 p.m. and ended up unable to see everything with the calm we would like. If possible, choose an earlier time to take advantage of the experience. Still, it was worth it!

Vacation Time is Precious, Don't Wait in Line
I recommend the Accademia for David sculpture alone. I would definitely save precious vacation time by getting timed 'Skip the Line' entry. It is unbelievable that people do not know about this feature and wait in line for hours.

Great self audio tour
it was wonderful because it was suggested to us that we go in at 5 o'clock less crowded got lucky cause where we got our tickets. There was an office right next-door and they were able to get us in earlier and it was wonderful. I'm definitely should have an audio you use your own headsets and you've download QR code. It's much better than trying to do it yourself or even have a tour you can go with your own pace.
