Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for noting that the guided tour inside the Accademia Gallery was worth the visit. We fully appreciate how valuable every minute is when you have only one day to explore Florence, though we would like to clarify the operational logistics involved. On rare occasions, minor adjustments to group departure times are made prior to arrival to match the precise timed-entry slots assigned directly by museum authorities. Furthermore, while our priority tickets allow groups to bypass the general admission ticket-office lines, every visitor must pass through mandatory state security screening and metal detectors, which can create a brief wait outside during peak morning hours that is governed entirely by museum staff. Our guides always strive to maximize your time inside the gallery once security clearance is complete to ensure you receive the full depth of commentary on Michelangelo's David and the surrounding collections, and we appreciate your input as we work to keep every experience as smooth as possible.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share this detailed 5 star review! We are thrilled to hear that your experience with us was smooth and rewarding from the moment you booked. Mandatory security checks and state administered entry delays due to heavy museum crowds can occasionally create brief waits outside the Accademia. We are delighted that Rosa used that entry window so brilliantly, turning a security wait into an enriching introduction to Florence’s history and caring for your group every step of the way. Her deep respect among the museum staff and her dedication to making sure you received full, unhurried coverage inside the gallery truly speak to her professionalism as a local expert.
