The museum and exhibits were amazing to see. It was just a bit confusing to follow the sequence of rooms. They seemed numbered out of order for the flow of travel throughout the museum. Otherwise, I highly recommend a visit.
This was the worst part of our whole trip. The goal was to get tickets to enter without a guide. The email said to show up 15 minutes early to get your ticket. My friend was not feeling well so I left her to get the tickets so she could rest a bit more. When I got there the rudest guy said I had to enter with group and refused to give me the tickets. He finally said he would take the group in and come back and give me the tickets. I went back and fortunately my friend arrived and the group had not gone in yet. We ended up standing in line for nearly 45 minutes waiting on permission for the group to go in. It was definitely not great and the person was completely rude. They would do better to not say in the email to come 15 minutes early to “get your tickets”. Rather state you need to be ready to go in with the group 15 Minutes before entry time. I would not use this operator again.
This allows you to enter the Accademia and see David even last minute. Read the instructions you get on WhatsApp super closely and get to the meeting point really early. Note that you will still have to wait in another line in front of the museum itself based on your strict time slot.
The gallery was brilliant, a real step back in time with some great exhibits. However, be prepared for the tour operator to change your entry time just hours before your visit. This almost threatened to ruin our day as we had booked tickets to other attractions!
It took 45 minutes to get in with a skip the line ticket, nit worth it. Why bother to pay for a speedy process. Entrance is static and the people at the gates were nasty

They are very poorly organized and it makes one very nervous to see so many services and not know which one is yours. They send you from one side to the other. Terrible service
Our guide was a no-show. I kept receiving emails and texts telling me to be on time and at what location and who to look for. No one showed up. There were not even other people waiting . We knew something was wrong. Finally, another guide from another agency came to us and said we could come with them. SHE was great. Not so great on the person who was supposed to be our guide. The experience was very good - just not with this company
Martina was a very knowledgeable and entertaining guide. Seeing David up close cannot be understated.
