Downtown Asheville Art District
Sit back as we roll you through Downtown Asheville in the evening where it transforms from a bustling mountain haven into a playground for the paranormal. We’ll guide you through the city's historic core, sharing some of our bizarre legends, eccentric characters, and spooky history that the guidebooks leave out.
Be sure to gaze up at the stunning neo-Gothic Jackson Building, built on a tiny, bizarrely narrow lot. While it’s beautiful by day, late-night workers in the building have long reported the chilling sound of heavy, frantic footsteps pacing the top floors when the offices are completely empty.
Basilica of Saint Lawrence
Get a glimpse of the Basilica of Saint Lawrence, where the famous architect, Rafael Guastavino, who built it was actually entombed right inside the building.
Chicken Alley
We’ll guide you past the entrance to Chicken Alley, a narrow historic passage haunted by the ghost of a 1902 bar-fight victim, Dr. Jamie Smith. He’s been seen roaming the alley in a long black coat—presumably looking for his lost medical bag or a decent craft beer.
We’ll roll past the former Battery Park Hotel, where rich Gilded Age vacationers checked in, but some never checked out.
we will cruise past the grand Victorian homes in Montford, a neighborhood that hid a massive network of tuberculosis and psychiatric sanitariums in the early 1900s. You will hear the eerie legends of the doctors, patients, and restless souls who came to the mountains seeking healing, but ended up staying forever.
Pritchard Park
Pritchard Park, famous today for its lively Friday night drum circle. But long before the tourists arrived, this spot served as a tense rallying point for troops during the Civil War. Locals swear that on quiet nights, you can still hear the faint, chilling beat of spectral war drums echoing from the empty trees—or maybe it's just a local condo owner who didn't want the Friday jam session to end. LOL (inside joke)

I’d do it again
Had a wonderful time. From the welcome to the goodbye, the LaZoom staff was friendly, enthusiastic, and very entertaining. We had a great time.

Would not recommend,...
Would not recommend, waste of time and money. We drove an hour for this tour and it was disappointing. Staff was rude

We're sorry this was your experience. We always want our guests to have a great time on Ghosted, and we certainly don't enjoy asking anyone to leave a tour. In this case, our staff determined that members of your party appeared too intoxicated to safely continue on the tour. We welcome guests to enjoy beer or wine aboard our buses, but we also have a responsibility to the other guests who have paid for the experience. When someone's level of intoxication becomes disruptive or interferes with the tour, our staff may ask them to leave. We understand that being asked to leave was frustrating and may have affected your impression of our staff. However, our team made the decision they felt was necessary to allow the rest of the bus to safely enjoy the experience they had paid for.

Great tour!
5⭐️ fun! We had a blast! Laughed a lot, we weren’t scared (of ghosts😂), the ghostly characters were funny. I gave it 3 star for the value, because it’s almost $50/person, which I thought was kinda pricey. I would recommend this to friends, just make them aware of the cost.

DO NOT MISS
This was the cheesiest ghost tour we have ever been on, but we had the time of our lives. Dolly was a great tour guide and cannot remember the guys name were amazing. This tour had on on the floor with laughter and I cannot remember having such fun at any comedy club we have ever been to. I wont give away any of the fun stuff, but DO NOT MISS THIS. So glad we met Jimmy and his family that morning at Navitat.

Absolutely incredible freaking phenomenal I’m coming again
Un. Believable. I will be coming back multiple times with all different groups of people. Totally ridiculous and off the wall hilarious, a perfect blend of history, music and an absolutely deranged and unhinged tour guide (he had an impromptu dance battle with a guy enjoying some drugs on the street), and just so so so fun. The bus was comfortable, we were incredibly taken care of from start to finish. I was pretty hesitant booking this as a Father’s Day gift and bringing both my parents but I couldn’t have been happier with the result. Insanity. Pure delight.
