In Aug 2021, my family and friends had met in Asheville for a family event. We booked this tour at the last minute and had the best time. The guide had excellent knowledge of the area and local stories, with a great sense of humor. Sept 2026 - my daughter and I were on a bit of a road trip including Asheville and decided to take the tour again. We had the same tour guide (we have pictures to prove it :) ). He was just as fun, if not more so. 5 stars!!

Sooo good. The guide was so good and kind, he’d explain everything, tell you every detail, besides that the walk at night is beautiful and nice. We were pretty much a big group so I felt secure walking around at night

Entire family planned one of our nights on our vacation around this tour. Paid for parking sat in an alley with 25 other people and tour guide never showed. This is inexcusable, please don’t get scammed by these people like I did.
We arrived early a few minutes before the suggested arrival time of 10 minutes early. Our group and approximately 15-20 others were all there on time. Our Guide NEVER showed. We all patiently waited until 8:35pm before finally leaving. All of our tickets were for 8pm. No one was able to reach a person by the number provided on the website. Their website suggests to email instead which several of us did with no reply. My card was charged and we never received service or a cancellation response. I am not only out of the $140.15 for 5, approximately $18 for parking, but also our time wasted from our vacation waiting on the tour. Beware. Again, no response from the company whatsoever, my card was charged. As excited as we all were to do this tour it was a terrible disappointment in the end.
Paid & guide no showed 30 people
About 20 of us showed up for our scheduled tour and arrived 10 minutes early as the website instructed. We ended up waiting 35 minutes past the scheduled time — nearly 45 minutes total — and the tour guide never showed up. We paid for parking, rearranged our evening, and were completely stood up with no explanation. Multiple people emailed trying to get answers, and no one responded. There was no communication whatsoever about a cancellation, delay, or issue. This was incredibly unprofessional and completely ruined our night. We wasted our time and money and received nothing in return. We absolutely expect an explanation and refund.
This tour was wonderful. Our guide was very friendly, knowledgeable, and humerous. This experience could only have been made better if we had an actual paranormal experience.
Great experience. Great history review. Guide was funny. Wear sneakers there is a lot of up hill walking.
