We booked the monuments...

We booked the monuments at night tour last minute and it ended up being the highlight of our trip. Kareem was our guide and he made the experience so much fun. In addition to all the laughs, his knowledge of the city and history is so profound. Very enjoyable experience and looking forward to bringing others for the tour as well.

Kareem the boss

It was a bit confusing with the pick up spot and I managed to get into the wrong bus so definetly pay attention to that and call them before if doing a specific pick up. But when Kareem manged to find me it was so awesome. From fun facts to trivia questions and driving skills he was on top of it. The car was very nice and comfortable. Kareem was knowlegble and funny. Would reccomend.

Tour Guide Saved the Day!

Mr. Kareem, our tour guide literally 'saved the day' for me and my family on this tour! Our original tour guide never showed up at our 'designated pick up' spot. I called the DC Touring co., and they told me that because we were "late" (despite the fact that we were there 30 minutes early), we would be "unable to go on the tour that day." So then I called Viator, who managed to find a replacement tour guide (Mr. Kareem) within 20 minutes. Mr. Kareem was fantastic...he took us everywhere we wanted to go. He let us stay as long as we wanted to see the site. It turned out to be a wonderful tour of Wash. DC, instead of the 'nightmare' it could have been for us. I give credit to Viator for acting so quickly to find another tour guide...I especially give credit to Mr. Kareem, our "back up" Tour Guide for turning what could have been a 'disaster' into a day of lifetime memories for me and my family. Thank you Mr. Kareem...You are the BEST (IMHO).
