Pickup Locations & Times
Please reconfirm your exact pickup time and location 24-48 hours before your departure from Venice using the contact number on your voucher. Pickup is 2-4 hours before your flight departure time. Exact time will be advised the afternoon prior to your departure transfer date. Our boat driver will meet you at the arranged boat stop along the Grand Canal. Your stop will be chosen as close as your Hotel as possible. Venice Airport Link operates from 4am to 7pm from designated Venice meeting points. Guests are requested to present themselves at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before departure time.

Taxi was on time, helpful and courteous. The dock drop-off at the airport requires a fair walk to the terminal/check-in area, but easily navigated.
On-time pickup and a great ride across the lagoon, even though it was in the middle of the night still. Fun way to exit Venice.
You may not be picked up at your requested location. We didn’t find that out until the day before we were leaving.
Taxi never showed up. I was left waiting. Had to find my own way to the Airport. Absolutely the worst experience in Venice.
Easily booked and organised. Arrived 15 minutes early, had a trip round to pick up other people, still at the airport in more than enough time.

Viator for the win once again! The water taxi vendor provided great communication directly with me and then emailed the hotel confirmation with an exact pick up time as well as called the front desk as they were arriving. The whole process was very smooth and stress free.
Great way to travel back to the airport only negative is there’s a little confusion at the dock lots of taxis but no clear indication which one is your one , we had been told to arrive for 12:05 & at 12:20 no sign or idea if taxi was there or coming or had left then at 12:25 a guy appeared and called names out so maybe allow a little extra time for this . Otherwise great service
Was expecting just a taxi for 2, ended up being a shared taxi with 2 other couples. The price we paid should have been shared , we paid £107.50 for this journey. Communication was good from the taxi company regarding time & location.
