Fantastic!
Fantastic! You do have to wait for everyone in your party to show up at the 71 counter and then you all Walk down together to the pier. It took about twenty minutes for everyone to arrive. Great experience got dropped off steps away from my Airbnb. Kinda nice having other people on the water taxi because if you aren’t first you get to experience more of the canals.

Frustrating experience with confusing check-in process and rude dock staff
We recently used the shared water taxi service from Venice Airport by Bucintoro Viaggi and unfortunately; the experience was disappointing due to unclear instructions and poor customer service at the dock. To be fair, the staff at the front desk and our driver were both friendly and professional. However, the instructions regarding the pickup process are terribly designed. The requirement to check in at Desk 71 before heading down to the dock is not at all intuitive, and this critical step is buried deep in the fine print of the booking voucher. Because it wasn't clearly highlighted, we made the mistake of walking all of the way to the meeting point at the water dock first. When we asked the water taxi dock attendant for guidance, instead of being helpful, he was completely rude and dismissive, bluntly telling us to walk all the way back to Desk 71. A simple improvement would be to put a clear, bold warning about Desk 71 at the top plus a basic level of courtesy from the dock staff would make a world of difference. Given the price and convenience expected from an airport water transfer, this was a poor and unnecessary hassle to start our trip.

Boat transfer from Venice airport
This service was an effective and fairly low stress way to get across to Venice city from the airport. Go slowly through the airport reading the signs. Note that the desk for this operator has moved. Be prepared to wait for next available boat but it is well organised.. The lighter you pack the less stressful it will be. If you have loads of luggage maybe find a private boat. The views and experience of being dropped near your hotel from a boat is extraordinary. A great way to meet fellow excited travellers on their way to Venice too. Enjoy your trip!

DON’T BOOK - Operator did not respond was a NO SHOW
Worst experience ever! Operator did not respond to questions we could not find them and had to take another water taxi. Still haven’t received a refund. Viator has been much help.
