Naturanda is not professional and lies
Naturanda is not professional. The evening before the excursion, they told me that they were not picking us up at the hotel, as I had booked, and they did not give me closer alternatives to pick us up. They lied to me saying that there was construction in Cádiz and the bus could not reach my hotel. The Hotel Atlantico confirmed to me that there was no construction and that the buses arrived at the hotel without difficulty. They gave us a meeting point that was not correct and we had to look for the bus. The time they gave us to eat was scarce and did not correspond to the description they give you. The problem is that if you want to take this excursion, no other company offers it, and without competition, they do whatever they want.

⚠️ PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING — ESPECIALLY IF YOU’RE VISITING FROM ABROAD
I’m writing this in English so international visitors can be warned by a local. I’m Spanish, and I can confirm this service was completely unacceptable.
I booked 2 months in advance with hotel pick-up and drop-off in Cádiz. The day before, they suddenly told us we had to take a taxi to a new location at our own expense because, supposedly, construction meant the bus couldn’t reach our hotel. Our hotel confirmed this was not true, buses were entering normally.
After 5 phone calls, we still had no solution. They then gave us the wrong meeting point, so the day of, several of us ended up having to search for the bus ourselves.
When I questioned the guide, he gave us a completely different explanation, saying the bus simply didn’t want to lose time going around Cádiz. This confirms they lied.
If you book a service that includes hotel pick-up, you should receive the service you paid for. Do not assume everything will be fine if you book ahead of time. If you’re booking from Cádiz they will change and lie 24 hours before the reservation so its too late to cancel.

Hi, thank you for your feedback. We're sorry but due to traffic and logistics we couldn't pick you up at your hotel. Our staff was closely monitoring your case to ensure you could enjoy the visit. We do not lie to our guests and our cancellation policy is accesible from our website and in the OTAS we collaborate with. Kind regards.

Waste of time. Literally!
Less than 12 hours before scheduled pick up at hotel, the tour operator changed the pick up address. We found the new pick up point ( despite no drop pin being supplied) and waited. And waited, and phoned, and emailed 3 times and after 45 minutes, gave up. Fortunately Viator arranged a refund. Very poor service and no contact from the local supplier

Little time for Vejer
There is very little time to visit Vejer. It is the last visit and since it is at lunchtime, you either eat or you don't see the town. For my taste, Tarifa is unnecessary; besides losing a lot of time there, it takes a long time to get there. On Bolonia beach, you also can't see the ruins and climb the dune; you have to choose. In our case, we couldn't do either of the two things because it rained on us. The guide and the driver were very nice, but the logistics could be improved.

Refused to wait and kept money
I had a very early flight the previous day and next to no sleep and overslept for this trip. The guide turned up outside my hotel and gave me just five minutes to come out..
I was frantically scrambling around to get ready and got down within ten minutes but the bus was gone. This was still only 8.45am on the day. The trip lasts about eight or nine hours, surely they could waited a little longer. The company guide stopped answering his phone after about 10 or 15 minutes from when the trip started. The company has also refused to pay back the fee as well which is very frustrating- seventy pounds wasted. This experience on the fira day nearly ruined my holiday to be honest.
Operator response
Hi Paul, thank you very much for your feedback. We're sorry but our guide was waiting for you outside your hotel for more than 10 minutes. Since there was more clients already waiting we had to leave. Our aftersales department issued an email to explain the situation. If you requiere further assistance, please, contact us. Kind regards.

Activity cancelled, refund not available
The activity was cancelled the previous afternoon due to lack of participants, which I understood, and I was offered other dates, which I could not attend because my trip to Cadiz was short. I was supposed to get the money back a few days, but it's been three weeks and I still haven't gotten anything. Very disappointed in this...

Fantastic tour of historic and beautiful spots in southwestern Andalucia
This was easily the highlight of our time in Spain. Luismi, our guide, was deeply knowledgeable about the history, geography, and culture of each place we visited, and humorous as well. Each stop is fascinating: Tarifa, Bolonia Beach, Baelo Claudio, and Vejer. These are places that are difficult to visit without a car, and difficult to fully appreciate without a local person to shed light on the multi-layered meaning and little details that would otherwise be missed. I highly recommend this tour with Luismi!
