Stunning Sundown Beach Ride on horseback! MINIMUM 2 PARTICIPANTS

This experience was an absolute disaster and completely unacceptable. I booked this experience for my friend’s birthday in May 2026. The organizer therefore had plenty of time to prepare for the booking and was fully aware of it well in advance. Now it is August 8, 2026, and despite knowing about the booking for months, she did not even have the basic courtesy to cancel or inform us that she would not be showing up. In fact, she contacted me herself that very morning, confirmed the exact time of the experience, and even gave me specific instructions about what clothing to wear. Based on this confirmation, we made the effort to travel for an entire hour to the venue. Despite all of this, she simply did not show up. She did not cancel, did not inform us that there was a problem, and made no attempt to contact us. We were left waiting after traveling for an hour specifically for this experience. Her excuse afterwards that she had “mixed up the day” is simply not acceptable. She had contacted me that very morning and explicitly confirmed the appointment. There is absolutely no reasonable explanation for her failure to show up, especially considering that she had known about the booking for months. What made the situation even worse was her attitude towards me. Instead of apologizing properly and taking responsibility for what had happened, she behaved extremely rudely and disrespectfully. Her manner of communicating with me was completely inappropriate and showed a shocking lack of respect for her customers. What is also concerning is what we were told by a neighbor. According to the neighbor, this company has allegedly been subject to repeated police inspections and has reportedly been shut down and reopened under different names. We were also told that the company allegedly does not have the necessary authorization to offer horseback rides on the beach, yet continues to do so regardless. I cannot independently verify these claims, but they certainly add to the serious concerns surrounding this business. The organizer’s behavior was extremely disrespectful, irresponsible, and completely unprofessional. She wasted our time, our effort, and an entire day that we had specifically planned around my friend’s birthday experience. What was supposed to be a special birthday memory was completely ruined because of her lack of reliability, professionalism, and basic consideration for her customers. I would strongly advise anyone considering booking this experience to think very carefully before doing so. Based on our experience, I would absolutely not trust this organizer to honor a booking or treat customers with the basic level of respect and professionalism they deserve. This was not a minor misunderstanding or an unfortunate scheduling issue. She confirmed the booking on the very same morning, gave us specific instructions, allowed us to travel for an hour, and then simply failed to show up without even informing us. That is completely unacceptable. I expect a full refund for an experience that was never provided.

The typical phrase of… relax and enjoy, is this experience. The horses are very well cared for. The journey is a luxury while the sun sets.

If it is your first time and you are scared, they help you overcome that fear. Once you are up and start the tour, the tranquility is absolute and you would do it again. Idyllic tour.

Great horseback riding trip on the beach! Very nice and attentive guide. Healthy, calm, and well-groomed horses, very beautiful landscape. Everything was perfect, our daughter was thrilled. I waited for her return at the finca in complete relaxation.

Was an amazing experience. The horses ridden were calm so responsive and beautifully looked after. The tour guide we had was so friendly and kind and really looked after us would definitely come back again!

Beautiful walk on the beach at sunset! Very nice and professional staff. Horses well maintained and really nice to ride. We will remember the gallops on the beach for a long time. We recommend Trafalgar polo club and will come back with pleasure.

We didn’t get to go. We tried to still go despite the rain, hoping that it would let up, but when we got there, it was too cold and rainy and muddy. We never got a refund or even a partial refund because you said that we would keep our fingers crossed and hope that the rain let up. The people at the stables were Lovely and so the one Stars for them. They offered to take us two days later, told us to let them know if we wanted to come that day, but it didn’t work into our schedule and you were leaving the following day and had to drive 50 minutes to get there. When I asked for even a partial refund, we were denied because the horses were saddled. Not to mention that the woman was very rude about it and said that we weren’t thinking about time to saddle the horses, which is why only asked for a partial refund, not to mention the fact that my husband even offered cash to the gentleman there, but he refused. Considering that this activity is completely dependent on the weather, I cannot remotely understand why we would not be offered at least a partial refund. We were already on the road driving 50 min from Cadiz about 15 minutes away when we were asked if we wanted to still go on the ride, but she did not say that us saying let’s see if the rain lets up determined whether or not we could get a refund. I was very unhappy with the company and whoever was running it. The family at the actual place was very nice though, and I would’ve liked to ride with them, but it is my understanding that the person I was speaking to you was not even there. So it certainly was not their fault. My issue is with the company and whoever was making the decisions. And then she was like you can still do it another time. this was the trip that we saved up and planned for years I don’t think we will be coming back to Cadiz to ride horses from the United States.!!! if we had gotten to go, it might’ve been very nice. But the business aspect of this leaves much to be desired.
