Absloutely perfect activity to do with my daughter visiting me from the UK. Sunset, beach and beautiful horses, that are well behaved. The guides are great, and aware of whats going on in the group. I will definetly book again with other visitors.

It is not necessary to have ridden a horse to enjoy a nice experience on a ride along the beach. Highly recommended for both adults and teenagers.

This experience was an absolute disaster and completely unacceptable. I booked this experience for my friend’s birthday in May 2026. The organizer therefore had plenty of time to prepare for the booking and was fully aware of it well in advance. Now it is August 8, 2026, and despite knowing about the booking for months, she did not even have the basic courtesy to cancel or inform us that she would not be showing up. In fact, she contacted me herself that very morning, confirmed the exact time of the experience, and even gave me specific instructions about what clothing to wear. Based on this confirmation, we made the effort to travel for an entire hour to the venue. Despite all of this, she simply did not show up. She did not cancel, did not inform us that there was a problem, and made no attempt to contact us. We were left waiting after traveling for an hour specifically for this experience. Her excuse afterwards that she had “mixed up the day” is simply not acceptable. She had contacted me that very morning and explicitly confirmed the appointment. There is absolutely no reasonable explanation for her failure to show up, especially considering that she had known about the booking for months. What made the situation even worse was her attitude towards me. Instead of apologizing properly and taking responsibility for what had happened, she behaved extremely rudely and disrespectfully. Her manner of communicating with me was completely inappropriate and showed a shocking lack of respect for her customers. What is also concerning is what we were told by a neighbor. According to the neighbor, this company has allegedly been subject to repeated police inspections and has reportedly been shut down and reopened under different names. We were also told that the company allegedly does not have the necessary authorization to offer horseback rides on the beach, yet continues to do so regardless. I cannot independently verify these claims, but they certainly add to the serious concerns surrounding this business. The organizer’s behavior was extremely disrespectful, irresponsible, and completely unprofessional. She wasted our time, our effort, and an entire day that we had specifically planned around my friend’s birthday experience. What was supposed to be a special birthday memory was completely ruined because of her lack of reliability, professionalism, and basic consideration for her customers. I would strongly advise anyone considering booking this experience to think very carefully before doing so. Based on our experience, I would absolutely not trust this organizer to honor a booking or treat customers with the basic level of respect and professionalism they deserve. This was not a minor misunderstanding or an unfortunate scheduling issue. She confirmed the booking on the very same morning, gave us specific instructions, allowed us to travel for an hour, and then simply failed to show up without even informing us. That is completely unacceptable. I expect a full refund for an experience that was never provided.

Por respeto a la privacidad de nuestros clientes no podemos publicar capturas de pantalla de las conversaciones mantenidas, aunque dichas conversaciones demostrarían que en ningún momento hubo por nuestra parte un trato grosero, irrespetuoso ni una falta de respeto hacia usted. Siempre intentamos atender a nuestros clientes con educación y profesionalidad. Además, desde el primer momento le ofrecimos el reembolso íntegro de la reserva. De hecho, fui yo personalmente quien realizó la solicitud de devolución completa, sin poner ninguna objeción ni negarme en ningún momento a efectuar dicho reembolso, precisamente porque entendíamos la situación y queríamos resolverla de la forma más correcta posible. Por otro lado, la información que menciona sobre una supuesta prohibición para realizar la actividad no corresponde a nuestra empresa. Esa circunstancia afectaba a una empresa anterior que operaba en estas instalaciones. Nosotros llevamos aproximadamente un año y medio trabajando aquí, desarrollando nuestra actividad con total normalidad y cumpliendo con todos los requisitos necesarios para ello. Sentimos sinceramente que esta incidencia haya derivado en una experiencia negativa para usted. Aun así, creemos importante aclarar estos hechos para que futuros clientes dispongan de una información veraz y completa sobre lo sucedido. Saludos Trafalgar Polo.

If it is your first time and you are scared, they help you overcome that fear. Once you are up and start the tour, the tranquility is absolute and you would do it again. Idyllic tour.
Great horseback riding trip on the beach! Very nice and attentive guide. Healthy, calm, and well-groomed horses, very beautiful landscape. Everything was perfect, our daughter was thrilled. I waited for her return at the finca in complete relaxation.
Was an amazing experience. The horses ridden were calm so responsive and beautifully looked after. The tour guide we had was so friendly and kind and really looked after us would definitely come back again!
Beautiful walk on the beach at sunset! Very nice and professional staff. Horses well maintained and really nice to ride. We will remember the gallops on the beach for a long time. We recommend Trafalgar polo club and will come back with pleasure.
