Cancelled our 9am booking the night before. Appreciate that things can go wrong with any business but it seems there is no contingency and you’re left to then find an alternative yourself at very short notice. In the end we decided to just do St Peter’s Basilica by turning up, join the queue, and get an official audio tour.
Dear client, I don't see any booking from you for October. Are you sure that you booked with me? Thank you
