However, there are situations such as heavy visitor flow, security checks, and other circumstances that can prevent this goal from being fully achieved. These aspects are managed by the Vatican and by the relevant institutions, not by us. At the entrance, there may be police officers or staff members carrying out their duties. Long waiting times are usually due to exceptionally high and sometimes unpredictable visitor numbers. We are sorry that you were not able to fully enjoy the visit because of your schedule. However, this did not depend on our service. We feel that your review unfairly penalizes us, since what affected your experience were external circumstances beyond our control.
