Experience Zen meditation at a hidden temple in Asakusa, Tokyo, with over 400 years of history. With English support, you can have an authentic Zen experience in Japan. This private experience includes a tea ceremony and a lecture on Zazen by a monk. Meditate with a Monk
Good experience overall. A good beginners overview of meditation, the tea ceremony and calligraphy. The Q + A session with the monk was my favorite and very interesting.

Awesome
The meditation was harder than expected. Realized that concentration takes a lot of hard work. Namiki-san was our guide and she was on time and it was really very organized. Our monk answered the group questions very willingly 💙

Zen Meditation
Our translator and guide was Midori, she did a great job and was very friendly. We went to a Privat Temple where we met Monk Namiki who instructed us on Medition, Caligraphy and Tea Ceremony. Afterwards we were able to ask a lot of questions and he answered all of them kindly. It was very interesting and informative. This gave a great inside of autentic Japanese Zen meditation and monk life.
