We never got our tour. I read my email and put the address in Google Maps and we went there. We stood outside didn't see anybody walked around and came back. Around five to four We knocked on the door And it was locked. I call Via tour who asked me to wait 10 minutes and they were going to contact the tour operator but they could not get in touch with them. Hence I paid for the tour and never got the tour as he could not get in touch with anybody. They said on the ticket I was to go inside and register at the office. However the emai confirmation only gave me the address and that's what I went by. Other tours were fathering outside but not ours. You should put in the email that you must go into the office. I lost well over $300. I called once again and they said on the ticket if you press the little icon it will tell you to go inside. Since I did not do that I am out the money very very upset. Be more specific in your email confirmation.

Great trip thanks to Ticket Office!
The trip was fantastic! Tour guide Pam was brilliant and very informative! However we turned up yesterday and the ticket office had no booking for us!!!! Luckily we were available the next afternoon once we had rescheduled some other things we had planned! We were also fortunate that the staff at the ticket office were excellent and worked hard to resolve it! So my advice is book direct with the ticket office if you can! Will probably be cheaper too! City Florence Tours! Thank you!

Semi-private tour of the Uffizi Gallery
The guide was very knowledgeable. She made sure we could see each painting and understand what she was explaining. I enjoyed her descriptions of the paintings and her helpful aids. Twice I thought the explanation could have been a less detailed and we could have seen a few more paintings. There were 6 of us in our tour group and this was excellent..
Operator response
Thank you very much for spending your time on this review. We are very happy to know that your experience in the Uffizi Gallery with us exceeded your expectation and we hope to guide you in other italian cities in future! Regards,
