John was a great tour guide for our historical tour of the whole village. We learned so much about the people who lived there 70 plus years ago. The park was a great spot and the views while walking along were spectacular. Loved seeing and hearing the NYU experience and its surroundings. John was a walking encyclopedia when it comes to the village community. I highly recommend this tour.
Excellent guide - brought history, architecture, political events of Greenwich Village to life. The little known details around Washington Square, the personalities - actors, authors, musicians, protestors - such great stories as we walked through the streets - Ending with a full description of the Stonewall riot - what caused it and how it changed society’s views
Knowledgeable and thoroughly engaging tour. John was great. Recommend it for its diverse history and colorful stories that John was able to tell
Wonderful way to experience this New York neighborhood, both past and present. Our guide Joel was so knowledgeable and enthusiastic. He conveyed the rich history of the area, was able to trace how the area developed over the years and had great anecdotes and suggestions for how we could explore on our own after the tour. This was two hours well spent!
Our tour guide Connor was a wealth of information! Gained lots of history and interesting anecdotes about GV!

I’m a native New Yorker and learned a great deal about Greenwich Village even though I went to college in the area many moons ago. The history was interesting and the stories engaging. I highly recommend. Maddie was a great guide.
Conner was an excellent tour guide! His knowledge of the area, both historically and pop culture was great! Thanks for a great morning tour!
