Our guide Michael was fantastic! Very friendly and engaging and clearly enjoyed sharing history of New York—at the same time he is a thriving Broadway pianist. Totally worth seeing how old area has been redone, while preserving historical architecture. Chelsea Market hip and fun and Highline amazing The meetup gets only two points because the physical address we were given for meetup was WAY different than the actual meetup point—which we only logically figured out WHILE driving there. Also because no one responded to my frustration with this issue. We are not from NY, so wouldn’t have known address given could not have been correct upon further analysis.
Our tour guide was very knowledgeable of the area. Lots of good information about the immediate area and also history of the city in general. We loved the market and came back later for some late lunch. History of the highline is very interesting, and we enjoyed the walk up there. Great views. We did the tour with our 2 teenagers, and they enjoyed it as well.

John our tour guide was very good. The only problem we had was the meeting point. The Viator app gave us the wrong location which resulted in us being 20 minutes late. The tour itself was very good and informative though. A lovely part of NYC!

The end location is incorrect in the website. We had parked cars at where we thought the tour ended because that is what your tour said so we all(15) had to taxi quite aways to return to our cars.
