SUMMIT One Vanderbilt blends elements of art and technology, taking the concept of an “observation deck” to entirely new heights. Explore three levels of mind-bending multi-sensory immersive experiences set atop the tallest commercial skyscraper in Midtown Manhattan. Enjoy spectacular 360 views of New York City and beyond on all 3 floors of SUMMIT, including close ups views of the Empire State Building and the Chrysler building. Upgrade to, SUMMIT Ascent tickets for the complete SUMMIT Experience plus access to SUMMIT’s most thrilling add-on! With Ascent, Guests will step into an all-glass exterior elevator that travels 12 stories up the side of One Vanderbilt, reaching the highest viewing point in Midtown Manhattan at 1,210 feet (364 meters.) If Ascent is not operating on the day and time of your visit, you will still experience all 3 floors of SUMMIT and will receive a $24 refund for the Ascent portion of your ticket.

- All SUMMIT tickets are timed. You MUST arrive at your scheduled time, which is indicated on your ticket. SUMMIT operates at full capacity. You might not be able to get in if arriving more than 20 minutes after the time indicated on your ticket. Any late arrival is subject to availability and possibly a fee
- If your ticket includes the upgrade to Ascent, if it is not operating on the day and time of your visit, you will still experience all 3 floors of SUMMIT and will receive a $24 refund for the Ascent portion of your ticket.

Excellent all round...
Excellent all round experience but not sure the glass elevator is worth the extra cost to be honest; a 30 second pause at the top which doesn’t really give you anything more than the amazing views further down.

I couldn’t see anything...
I couldn’t see anything for the weather They said they can’t give refund but I went to NY for 2 days and I went to the last day so either I loose my ticket or I go upstairs and see the glass doors

Fun spot but really dependent on weather clearing to really enjoy the experience
I would suggest checking the live video feed from the top of the summit before going . We were shown that live video when we were checking in not before arriving

This is an amazing experience so much to see , lots of different floors and views of the city , reasonably priced photography aswell which was nice . Great cafe at the top with lovely food nd snacks

Not worth the money
I am highly disappointed with my tour. We had no views you cannot see outside, which was my whole point of coming here. It was really a waste of money. If it is raining, do not come on this tour and they will not give you a refund.

If you are in New York,...
If you are in New York, you must see this, an amazing experience that will blow you away. Visit at night and see all the landmarks lit up, it will take your breath away.

It was horrible, overcrowded people laying on in the MIDDLE OF THE FLOOR!! Falling into each other. Tripping and slipping

Go at night! I did both and I loved it at Sunset. The views are breath taking. Very crowded, but worth it.

A day of play and wonderment
Great experience very interactive I really enjoyed myself. Felt like I was experiencing the future and the present and past all at the same time. Being able to play is really important in the environment we live in today.
