It's was a nice experience that the kids got to experience lights camera action balloons will do it again

The views are amazing, as you would expect from 90+ stories above Manhattan. My biggest issue was the crowd. They allow large numbers of guests into the viewing area at one time and naturally people rush to the windows. My issue was with the people that wanted to get selfies (about 2 dozen pictures) and then block the view of the people waiting while they checked to make sure the pictures, all of them, we to their liking. The stop off the elevator is the worst for people, it does thin out as you go to the different levels. I did not understand the balloon room, it was the same room was inflatable beach balls being held up by air being blown straight up. If you want a drink (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) at the end, you are going to pay a steep price. Soda was $5 and a bottle of water was $10 (!!). While this sounds like a bad review, it was an amazing experience, just know there will be a lot of crowds. Do yourself a favor... only spend a few minutes on the first floor off the elevators and then move up to the next floor.

What an incredible way to see New York City. We did not know what to expect, so that made it even better. Very futuristic, and the views are absolutely breathtaking.

It was an amazing experience. Was well worth it.I think 1 minute at the levitation point would be ideal allowing more photos to be taken instead of 30 seconds. But all in all great experience.

Summit One Vanderbilt was a huge disappointment for us. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt frustrating. We tried to enter shortly before our reservation time and were told we couldn’t even get in line until the exact time of our reservation. Once we were finally allowed to line up, it took another 25 minutes to go through the entire entry process before we could actually begin the experience. The rooms themselves were fun and visually interesting, but overall, it wasn’t something I would recommend going out of your way to do. The kids seemed to have a blast in the room filled with balls, but there were adults constantly having to tell them not to kick the balls around for safety, which took away from the experience. My biggest frustration was that once you start, you essentially have to continue through the entire attraction before you can exit. Between the lines, crowds, waiting, and being funneled from one area to the next, the whole experience felt like standing in one very long Disney ride line. There are so many incredible things to see and do in New York City, and unfortunately, this just wasn’t a highlight for us.

Best observatory deck in NYC, especially the package with the ascent (glass elevator). We did buy the night tickets for the city lights, we did first the top of the rock during the day (not the same day), I think that these two observatory decks are the best combo (we did not try the others so it’s just my opinion).

The experience was incredible to do! the glass floor was a must, the view magnificent However, a few points to review: -the balloon room was a disaster, people were fighting with the balloons, popping them, throwing them in every direction, must be reviewed! -the wait was a bit long due to too many people

Our first visit to New York City was absolutely unforgettable. From start to finish, the entire experience exceeded all of our expectations. Seeing the city at night-the glitz, the endless lights, and the vibrant energy-was truly magical, that's because of this experience tru SUMMIT One Vanderbilt. It was a sight to behold, and we couldnt have asked for a better introduction to the Big Apple. A seamless, perfect adventure that we'll never forget. Highly recommended!
