- Please arrive 15 minutes before your ticketed time slot, as the Tour will start promptly at the designated time.
- Wear comfortable shoes. Stiletto heels, steel toe boots, sports cleats and other footwear that can damage mirrored flooring are not permitted.
- Dress appropriately to avoid unwanted exposure on glass and mirrored floors. We recommend wearing pants, shorts or tights when possible.
- Outside food and beverage, smoking or e-cigarettes, large packages, suitcases, or weapons of any kind will not be permitted beyond the security checkpoint.
- Children age 5 and under are free with accompanying paid adult

Great reinvented experience!! Amazing view on New York City! Our guide Emmanuel S. was super helpful to give advices and accompany us in the different attractions during 90min. He made an impact in our positive experience.
Such a cool and special experience! We went midday on a very sunny afternoon and the views were breathtaking. The affinity balloon room was lively (as expected) and our 4 year old’s favorite. All of the illusions in Transcence were very fun. Do not wear a skirt. The direct VIP experience is worth it if you’re considering. Our tour guide Emmanuel S was phenomenal. No waiting in line for the busier attractions (lines get long), ushering through crowded windows to make space for those scenic pictures, and an endless amount of support with photos. He really made the experience even more special. As we went to each floor, he pointed out landmarks and offered insight about the highest buildings in the city (summit is the 4th) and other fun facts. He was EXTREMELY patient with my little girl, answering all of her silly questions and adjusting to her going off course a bit. Excellent experience! Must see attraction. Bonus points if you can get Emmanuel S as your tour guide!

It was amazing and totally worth every cent. I highly recommend this especially during sunset. The VIP experience is fab, they’re super sweet and take fabulous photos too.

Emmanuel Stanley was AMAZING! He was incredibly well-mannered, personable, and made my sister and I feel like VIPs throughout our entire experience at SUMMIT One Vanderbilt. I highly recommend the VIP tour, especially if you’re visiting on a weekend. You’re able to bypass many of the lines and get access to amazing photo opportunities, with Emmanuel even clearing space so we could get the perfect pictures. He also took so many great photos of my sister and me, which made the experience even more memorable. I’m also afraid of heights, and Emmanuel was incredibly reassuring throughout the entire experience, especially during the Ascent and Levitation experiences. He made me feel comfortable and encouraged me to enjoy the experience instead of focusing on my fear. Overall, this was a 10/10 experience because of Emmanuel! He truly went above and beyond, and I would absolutely recommend him as a guide to anyone visiting SUMMIT One Vanderbilt.
