We waited for our tour guide at the specified location and they never showed up. We were 5 minutes early and waited 15 minutes past the meeting time. We texted via WhatsApp and called the number provided: no answer. Viator should flag this to save others from the same Non-experience.
We had a fun and informative tour. Our guide was engaging and pointed out so many interesting details about Rouen that we would have missed on our own. A great introduction to the city!
OUR GUIDE BAPTISTE WAS PERFECT. A lot of information. Communicates the main points very well. THANK YOU.
The first time I booked the tour the day before. The day of the tour it was raining hard and I cancelled the tour but it was less than 24 hrs so I lost the payment. The second time the guide did not show up. This time the payment was rebated. Very disappointing!
Serhan was absolutely sensational. He gave us an amazing overview and real feeling of the city's history and hidden gems. It was a last minute decision to book this tour but we are glad we did it. Serhan made us fall in love with Rouen
Filipe was very knowledgeable about the history of Rouen and gave us a great overview of Rouen on our final day of our France trip before we headed to the airport. To appreciate Rouen fully, it is highly recommended to do this tour vs wandering around yourself as it helps add an extra layer of appreciation for this unique and great city.
Our guide Serhan was excellent. He is a great story teller and brought the history alive.
I wanted to book this trip and when I wanted to make the payment, the piece on Apple Pay was in pounds, not in the currency I initially seen the price (Ron). This means more than 5 times what I initially saw. I believe this trip is a scam…
Serhan was a great guide - very knowledgeable and interesting. We were thrilled to find this tour because we only booked the previous evening. It hit all the top spots and gave us great Rouen history.
Very interesting and comprehensive visit of Rouen with a captivating guide. Thank you, Charles, for this beautiful journey through time!
