Your driver will be waiting just outside, holding a Roatan Exclusive Tours sign Isla Tropical - Mahogany Bay: After your ship docks and you disembark, please walk out of the port to meet your driver (about a 1/4 mile walk). Unfortunately, Carnival does not allow independent tour guides within their designated area unless guides match Carnival’s rates and share a portion with the cruise line. • Option 1: If you prefer to walk, exit the ship and pass the two-story red-roofed building. Continue through the cruise village, down the covered gangway, and turn left onto the paved road, passing the security gate. After about 250 yards, go up a small hill and down to the Independent Tour Guide pickup area. Look for our driver holding a Roatan Exclusive Tours sign • Option 2: For convenience, you may also take a taxi from the port for $2 per person to bring you directly to the independent tours area where your driver will be waiting.
