I also encouraged you to interrupt me at any moment and ask questions — I was more than happy to answer all of yours during the tour. As for tailoring the itinerary, this specific tour follows a carefully designed route that guests choose at the moment of booking. For this reason, I don’t usually ask what each person would like to see beforehand, as the structure of the experience is part of what is being selected.
