Description
Learn to make fresh pasta, like the grandmothers made them in Italy. We will teach you every process and stand by you teaching you every step. We will prepare 3 types of fresh pasta such as Ravioli, Tortellini and Tagliatelle, and at the same time we will also prepare sauces to match such as butter and sage, pomarola and old-fashioned Tuscan ragù. You will not have to bring anything with you because all the equipment will be offered by us. In the end we will eat everything we have prepared. During the experience we can drink good Tuscan wine or unlimited The cooking school is located inside a medieval tower from the 1200s, a stone's throw from Brunelleschi's Dome. Where you will breathe the air and life of Dante Alighieri, father of the Italian language because the tower where we will cook belonged to his wife's family.

Fantastic time with Eduardo! He is phenomenal!
We had the absolute best time with Mia as our chef and instructor. She was so kind and helpful. The class was definitely one of my biggest highlights of the trip!
### Pasta Class Review Absolutely brilliant pasta-making class! Lorenzo was an awesome teacher — patient, funny, and clearly very passionate about pasta… although I’m still not convinced he’s allowed to be this good at pasta **and** play rugby. Pick a lane, mate. 😂 The class was great fun, really relaxed, and I actually left knowing how to make proper pasta rather than just knowing how to eat it (which, to be fair, I was already world-class at). Lorenzo made everything easy to follow, kept us entertained, and somehow managed to combine Italian cooking with rugby energy — basically *“tackle the dough and scrum down for seconds.”* 😂 10/10 experience. Great teacher, great pasta, great laughs. Would absolutely recommend — especially if Lorenzo is teaching!
Wow wow wow we made so much food together ❤️
Exceeded expectations! Amazing!
Big andrea the best chef ! Super Nice and funny, best class ever
Lorenzo was AMAZING!!! Seriously the best. He made our experience what it was! So much fun :)
Edward was amazing! Kind, funny, and patient with the kids teaching them how to cook. Our favorite Florence experience!
The pasta class in Florence was such a fantastic experience! Our chef, David Rosati, was friendly, very informative, and incredibly entertaining. He made the whole experience fun and easy to follow. It was absolutely worth the money! The unlimited wine was a huge bonus! 🍷 You get to eat everything you make, so by the end of the class, you’ve had plenty of delicious pasta and definitely leave with a very full belly. It was such a fun and enriching experience. I learned a lot, had a great time, and I’m definitely going to try making the pasta at home! 🍝🇮🇹 Beatiful Papaderlle
It was a good building with AC but I definitely wish I knew some things going in. You have to eat the pasta everyone makes (lol) and let’s just say you might leave hungry so eat before or prepare to get food after! There are a LOT of people there in many different rooms. The wind was unlimited but self serve and you sometimes have to (frequently) gently remind them to open the next bottle. So be prepared for that. Overall it felt that passing our plates up and down to try the pasta and having the eat the pasta your classmates made might not have been the most sanitary/yummy but the chefs were kind and it was a good overall activity.
