Not enough time
Had a full day tour and only got 1 hr and 45 mins on our trip due to traffice and having to stopnfor bathrooms cause the coach bathroom was broken I expected to get at least another hr or more there and not feel so rushed.We had to prarical run to see things

Francesco dropped us at Pisa ,where we meat our guide.I didn’t know her name but she was brilliant lady.
Our driver Francesco camerlingo is very good.
He’s got good knowledge about Florence and surrounding area.We enjoy ride with him,very friendly and pleasant to speak and very smart guy.

Perfect way to see Pisa from Florence
Beautiful drive from Florence to Pisa. Met guide Davida who was knowledgeable articulate and flexible to our wishes. For extra 10€ saw all the five main attractions - tower cathedral baptistery cemetery and museum. All interesting and/or beautiful. Then Maurizio our driver returned us to the Piazza Michelangelo where we had great views of Florence before walking to Santa Croce where so many greats are buried. Brilliant trip

300 euros for transport stop.
Attention tourists, you will spend 300 euros on transport and driving, everything else (attraction tickets) is excluded, absolutely not worth it.
Really a disproportionate expense

Pisa tower
It was a wet day. The driver from the hotel to pisa was very good and he kept us entertained along the more than one hour journey by pointing out the history of the various landmarks

Lots and Lots of walking!!!
My wife and I took the CAF Pisa tour with Skip the Line Tower Access. Nice bus ride from Florence. We got to the Pisa Visitor parking area and the bus guide said. "anyone need the restroom, it's over there... we are leaving in two minutes". That pretty much set the mood. Probably 20 people on the tour. The guide grabbed his "flag" and took off like a Boston marathoner. I am 66 and in good shape, my wife 68 and not so much. The hike to the plaza was at least 3/4 mile. We fell behind. The guide never stopped, never even looked back. Only "Google Maps" got us to the plaza. Caught up with the local tour guide, who was excellent... climbed the tower.....quite a work out... then my wife and I headed back alone15 minutes early so as not to slow down "Speedy". Other tours had shuttles to the site. There was no mention at the booking site of what I consider excessive walking. Several of our fellow tourist berated the bus guide for leaving us behind.... but he was pretty much unapologetic. If you can't walk 2 miles pretty much non stop....pass this tour by.

we are sorry to see that you couldn't completely appreciate your Excursion to Pisa through the Tuscan Countryside and we want to expand on the points stressed in your review.
First of all we need to clarify that all tourist buses, in all Italian cities of art, are never allowed to reach the center and have to stop in a parking area generally located about 10 minutes away by walk (as it is in Pisa).
Comparing to other cities of art then, the guided visit of Pisa is mainly concentrated on the Miracle Square (where you can admire the Leaning Tower, the Cathedral, the Baptistery and the Camposanto), which entails a lower amount of walking than in other locations, mainly regarding the distance between the Bus Parking and Miracle Square.
Moreover, at the moment of the reservation it is clearly reported that a moderate amount of walking is involved.
The shuttle service that you saw, is a local public service provided by the city, which is not compatible with a group tour like this, which has to keep all participants together and respect a specific time schedule.
Unfortunately, not having provided further information regarding your reservation, it is not possible for us to carry on further inspections to verify exactly how the facts turned out, however let us say that our professional Tours Escorts are used to walk at a slow pace,
for making sure that all people do not lose the group.
We regret to see assigned a low rating to one of our most successful tour, not for a disservice on our side but only for an unavoidable walking from the parking to the town center, not depending from us.
