This started off badly with miscommunication about the fact that check-in was required across the road from the meeting point. The people working there were also quite rude and unfriendly. There is better customer service at McDonald’s! Having said that, the rest of the tour, from the transportation to the several guides, went perfectly. The guides were fantastic and this tour was very memorable indeed.

Camila, our tour guide was amazing. She was extremely knowledgeable. Paid attention to the group and ensured everyone crossed streets together before proceeding. This experience was exhausting and really there is very little communication as to what we were doing, we were basically dropped off like cows and told to be back in two hours and it was supposed to be a guided tour about the tour. You couldn’t hear anything because her microphone was broken.. basically they took $200 for a bus ride with very limited time. They failed to tell us that there was other things to see like a huge beautiful cemetery that would’ve been really nice to visit, but we didn’t have tickets for that. Additionally, we had to walk almost 20 minutes to the site, and then back which was 40 minutes of our own time, but if you wanted to pay an extra price, they would take you up on a little bus. A direct cab or transportation here and enjoy the sites on your own because it definitely wasn’t worth all that money we paid.
