The tour company that...

The tour company that Viator used contacted me via WhatsApp a few days before this tour asking us to switch to another day. I couldn’t tell if it was the real tour operator, because I was told to just show up a day later, while our tickets were not changed. It seemed like it could be some sort of a scam, but I didn’t know how to contact Viator. I was eventually able to get the tour operator, CAF, to issue new vouchers, so we went a day later than we wanted to. The tour was very informative and we enjoyed touring Pisa. The tour leaves from a bus station in Florence and the bus has to park quite a ways from the tower in Pisa, so there’s a long walk both directions that we were not expecting.
