Galeries Lafayette Paris Haussmann is a beautiful place to visit, even if you’re not planning to shop. The stunning glass dome and the rooftop terrace with views over Paris make it a memorable experience.
It was just too expensive for what you got. I know I’ll never make this dessert. Too many ingredients for anyone to have at home.
Excellent experience with chef Élyze. Learned a lot of new tips and techniques for my home trials. I will now know how to make « chou à la crème »!!
We had the chance to try the Atelier (Tarte Tatin) and we warmly recommend this experience. Even though we tought it would quite hard for us to suceed making the Tart, the Chef was super helpful and interesting, and we could make it! after the Ateliers we enjoyed eating our home made Tarte tatin
