Horrible your company
I had a bit of a rough time getting to the Vatican to pick up my tickets. The directions were a bit confusing, and I ended up wandering around for a while. My Google Maps kept leading me in circles! I tried reaching out to the tour guide more than ten times, but I didn’t get a response. I arrived at the location at six in the morning. To get my tickets, I had to go to a different spot with another tour guide. Thankfully, they were so kind that they let my sister and me join the Spanish group. We were lucky to speak Spanish, but the experience of going with a guide, not this company, was definitely worth it. And I had to pay again.

Went to agency (address...
Went to agency (address they provided for pick up) 1 hour before tour to pick up tickets and agency was closed, waited at a neighboring coffee shop til 5min til tour meet up time. Got to meet up spot and no tour guide ever showed up or responded to my messages or text. Wasted my time, has to quickly figure out where to go and what to do to see the Pope speak, communication letting me know it was cancelled would have been nice.
Operator response
