Ashani was amazing as a tour guide. Her familiarity with Milan, her excellent English and her warm personality made the experience an outstanding one. We walked the city, learning so much about the history and culture of Milan. She pointed out places we might chose to visit later and was patient with the pace of our jet lagged bodies as she selected an excellent coffee shop as a brief stop along the way. I would highly recommend you request Ashani as a guide for a valuable time in Milan.

If you’re looking to book this tour, I would ask the operator for more detailed instructions on the meeting point. I arrived at the meeting point 20 minutes early but could not find any individual or group for a tour, I wandered aimlessly around the entire building/courtyard before leaving 20 minutes after my tour was meant to start. I will say, the tour provided a rough route when I requested a refund, which I then followed myself throughout the afternoon with some podcasts. That was a nice touch and made me feel less disappointed.

We had a great walking tour in Milan with our guide Ashi. She took us around many of the major sights and also added some really nice local stops, including a cozy coffee shop and a charming vintage bag store. Ashi was very knowledgeable, engaging, and fun throughout the tour. She shared interesting insights about the city and kept the experience relaxed and enjoyable.
