S
An exceptional guided tour of the Louvre!
The experience was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate, explaining the artworks and the history behind them in a clear and engaging way. The skip-the-line entrance was a huge plus and saved us a lot of time. The group size was perfect—not too big—so it was easy to follow, ask questions, and really enjoy the visit. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to make the most of their time at the Louvre!

MR LOUVRE
My tour was cancelled shortly after I booked it for no reason. He didn't even expect other people to sign up.
Operator response
We are sorry that we had to cancel the tour and understand your disappointment. Unfortunately, your booking was the only one scheduled for that specific time slot, we are unable to operate the tour for a single participant. As we are currently in low season, we were aware in advance that the tour was unlikely to fill up. For this reason we decided to cancel the tour in advance precisely to give you enough time to book another activity and avoid last-minute inconvenience. That said, we believe this review does not accurately reflect the quality of our service or the experience we usually provide to our guests. We always strive to be transparent, fair, and accommodating, and we regret that in this case no alternative solution could be agreed upon.
