This experience was perfect. Noor was our tour guide and he did a fantastic job helping us enjoy the best of Kyoto. He was timely and prompt, picking us up on time and dropping us off when we needed to be back. He was just our driver but also tour guide who provided us many insights into Kyoto’s vast history and Japanese culture. Overall a great experience, I highly recommend.

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We are absolutely delighted to hear that Talha made your experience so special. Punctuality, flexibility, and making our guests feel truly comfortable — without ever rushing them — is exactly what we strive for on every tour. It means the world to us that Talha delivered on all of that and more. We will make sure to pass your kind words along to him. Reviews like yours motivate our entire team to keep giving their best. We hope to welcome you back to Japan again soon for another memorable experience! Warm regards,

Fine experience, but not as advertised
This was less of a tour and more of booked transportation. Our guide efficiently transported us from site to site but was not knowledgeable about the places to which we traveled and was not able to answer questions about each site. He was kind and took wonderful photos of my wife and me, but this was overall a disappointing experience, as we were hoping this would be more of a private, guided "tour" and not just a ride around town.
Operator response
Dear Joshua Thank you sincerely for taking the time to share your feedback. We are truly sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. You are absolutely right — a guided tour should offer much more than transportation. Our guests deserve a knowledgeable guide who can bring each destination to life, answer questions, and make the experience genuinely enriching. Clearly, we fell short of that standard, and we take full responsibility. We are glad your guide was kind and captured lovely memories of you and your wife — but we completely understand why that alone was not enough. Your feedback is being taken seriously. We are reviewing our guide training to ensure every guest receives the in-depth cultural commentary they expect from a private tour. We hope you enjoyed Japan despite this disappointment, and we would be honored to have the chance to give you the experience you deserved. Warm regards,

Kyoto Tour
Tahla was great! He was prompt and efficient. I wanted a customer tour with a private car because I’ve just visited Kyoto and wanted to make sure I didn’t miss anything before I had back to the states as. Have just visited Kyoto myself with a tour 2 weeks prior. Tahla took notes of the attractions I’ve visited and set up a tour that left me satisfied with the feeling of hitting all the secret spots. Even a great local sushi restaurant. Thank you Tahla!
