Notre Dame guide: the best
Monte was an exceptional tour guide, the most knowledgeable, experienced and relatable guide we’ve had in France. He made Notre Dame come alive and gave such a wonderful timeline from its inception to the restoration. We were so fortunate to have had him.

Rush your way through Notre Dame!
While this offer does allow you to skip the line, which is often quite long, we were rushed through the cathedral and not able to take our time to look and appreciate the beautiful art inside. The guide moved so fast we often had difficulty finding her in the crowd. If you are in a hurry this is for you. If you want to enjoy the inside of the cathedral look for a different tour.

Appalling service
We made a booking for Notre Dame for Wednesday 9th September which was cancelled by you an hour and a half before the starting time. No warning, no reason and disruptive beyond belief. Service from this operator gets a zero rating from us. Bitterly disappointed. Would not recommend Tripadvidsor to anyone.

Tour operator never showed
After waiting for 30 minutes , asking other guides for help and leaving messages in English and French we realized the guide was not coming. They made no attempt to contact us . With the help of Tripadvisor, Elysiago at least had the decency to refund our money. Unprofessional. If you want a small group tour of Notre Dame, perhaps try another tour operator

Notre Dame Restored!
Great opportunity to skip the line and be treated to an informative outside and inside look at the restored Cathedral. Kemat was very informative and gave us insights we would not have gotten on our own. You will enjoy this tour.

About 19 hour before our tour, they canceled it. It was too late to get another tour and now I’m emailingabout refund.
It was canceled by the tour company 19 hours before tour. Wasn’t able to get another tour at such a late date. Leaving town the next day so we weren’t able to do this. I’d book with another company.
