Historic place but this guide was not worth the price
It was a crowded day at Notre Dame. Our initial meetup was a little tentative (no signs) but we did connect, and skipped the general public admission line.
We were asked to be quiet inside the cathedral - with no audio devices this meant that only 1 or 2 of the 6 of us could hear our guide inside. She seemed nice and knowledgeable but whispered and not effective. Outside she tried to show us some historic pictures in a notebook, but they were very hard to see in the sun.
Glad we went, but this Trip Advisor guide was didnt seem worth it.

All of our tours have audio devices to hear your guide properly, they are obligatory at the cathedral and we are surprised to read that you were able to take a visit that did not use them.
Our meeting point is at our agency, a physical space which is very clearly identified and which we have made into a nice space to welcome our guests and where you can sit and wait inside.
Our guides are all fully licensed experts, and know (and love) the cathedral inside out.

Excellent Tour of Notre Dame
Anthony was a great tour guide. He was knowledgeable and articulate in explaining various points of interest. He told us about two additional events happening in the cathedral later in the day which was very helpful. We appreciated the tour access to the cathedral because it meant avoiding the long line to get into the church.

Amazing Notre Dame
Our party of five had a really excellent tour of Notre Dame on Wednesday 20 May and which included the history of the Isle and the adjacent south and North banks of the Seine. Stan, our guide, could not have been more interesting and helpful. His excellent English helped us to understand the complex history of Paris and France and his enthusiasm for and knowledge of his subject could not have been bettered. We felt very privileged to have had Stan with us for this guided tour.
We were, of course, incredibly impressed with what has been accomplished at Notre Dame. For France this was an almost impossible dream when started and to have completed the work in such a comprehensive way in such a short time must be one of the major world achievements of our time.
Please pass on to Stan our very best wishes and thanks. You might also tell him that we took his advice and visited a very atmospheric creperie where the buckwheat crepes were magnificent.

Great experience

Great Experience in Visiting Notre Dame
My wife and I booked this semi-private tour and we were the only participants so we had a private tour with Mika. She was very knowledgeable and informative about the history, architecture, the inside contents, and the restoration of Notre Dame. It was a great tour and experience. Amazing Story and Architecture!
Learn so much about the history behind Notre Dame. Guide was super detailed and narrated all the aspects like a story. Making it easy to follow and understand. We had an amazing time. Will highly recommend the tour.

Poor communication
4 of us could not find our guide and none of the officials/ushers could help us. We did not get the tour we paid for. We asked for a refund but they refused. Very disappointed in their communications both before and after our bad situation.
