Easy to book, our tour guide Jessica made contact via WhatsApp, the day before to confirm pickup arrangements from our hotel. Great air conditioned coach bus picked us up and whisked us north to Phong Nah national park. Our guide Jessica spoke excellent English and was very enthusiastic and informative. The Paradise Cave was breathtaking. I highly recommend!
