Itinerary
07:35 – 08:00 AM: Our car and tour guide will pick you up at hotels in Dong Hoi city and drive you to Paradise Cave – the longest dry cave in Asia (located in Phong Nha – Ke bang National Park’s core zone). It is approximately 75 km from Dong Hoi and an 80-minute drive). OR – 8:30 – 9:00 AM: Our driver will pick you up at your hotels in Phong Nha village, then transfer you to Paradise Cave – the longest dry cave in Asia (located in Phong Nha – Ke Bang National Park’s core zone). 09:15 - 12:00: You will then be taken by golf cart (1.6km) from the main gate through the jungle, where you will then climb to the mouth of the cave; a climb that boasts spectacular views of the mountainous region around the cave. 12:30 Lunch at a local restaurant in Phong Nha village. Here you will enjoy a traditional Vietnamese dish. Vegetarian option available. Please contact us in advance if you have any dietary restrictions and we will do our best to accommodate you.
13:30 - 15:30: Depart to Phong Nha Cave. You will then take a 25-minute ride to the cave by a traditional dragon boat. This cave is called a water cave as it exhibits an underground river. After going into the cave by boat, you will explore 300 meters into the cave on foot. Then, you will be taken back by boat. This cave is famous for its spectacular rock formations. It has been given names such as the “Lion”, the “Fairy Caves”, the “Royal Court”, and the “Buddha”. 16:00: Tour ends. Back to Phong Nha Village. 17:00 - 17:15: back to Dong Hoi, you will be dropped off at your hotel.

We had a fantastic day visiting Phong Nha national park. Chocolate and Noodles our guide and driver made the whole experience just perfect. I would highly recommend doing this tour as the caves are so unique it’s something I’ve never experienced before. You won’t be disappointed. 😀
We had Chocolate as a tour guide and Noodle as a driver 😂 Wonderful time and great, very well spoken tour guide. Made everything super easy and didn’t have to worry about anything. Such a good experience and really good tour when it’s been so hot in Vietnam. The caves are nice and cool and the boat has a roof for sun protection. Time of pick up and drop off was perfect and met some lovely Spanish people at lunch. Great day 🤙

The caves are stunning and unbelievable. Inside the caves, it is neither cold nor hot. As the caves are dry, there is no need to wear a jacket. Each cave has its own unique aura. It was more fun being in a small group of 12 people compared to a large group tour like Ha Long Bay. Our guide, “Chocolate,” was super friendly and knowledgeable, and she provided all the necessary information along the way. They picked us up from our hotel in Dong Hoi at 8:00 a.m. and returned us to the hotel at around 5:30 p.m.—9.5 hours in total. Lunch included several different delicious dishes. Thanks to "Noodles", our driver as well for safe driving. We booked the tour through our hotel, and it was worth every penny. Great for everyone! :) Highly recommended!

My boyfriend and I did the Paradise Cave and Phong Nha Cave tour yesterday. It was great! Our tour guide, Tuyen (aka Chocolate) was lovely and gave us lots of information about the caves. The lunch was really good and there were a lot of different dishes. Would recommend!

This part of Vietnam is often skipped but completely unjustified! Beautiful beautiful region, super welcoming population and wondrous caves. The tour was even better because of the great accompaniment by ‘Chocolate’ and driver ‘noodles’. !!
