The customers are picked up at the hotel in Dong Hoi area around 07:35 - 08:00AM and around 8:35 - 9:00AM in Phong Nha town. If the customers request to picked up at the place in Dong Hoi city or Phong Nha town, they are also collected as the request.

My experience in Vietnam
More experience and more history some part of Vietnam. But the weather’s very hot on July. I prefer on winter much more better. My guide tour is Anna. She’s good english and can explain for understand.

BEST DAY TRIP IN PHONG NA!
Best trip ever! Our guide was THE KING and he was so informative and funny. The experience in the caves was incredible, and the water park at the end was a lot of fun. Would definitely recommend!!

Brilliant experience and great tour guide
Really fun bit of controlled adventure! Paradise cave is full of spectacular formations and lots of photo opportunities. Dark cave was the highlight. I kayaked across and then we spent about 1 hour walking through the cave and going in the mud bath and 1 hour in the water park (ziplines, slides, balance beams, obstacle courses). Our guide Huong was very funny and brought his phone in to take lots of photos and sent them to us later. Highly recommended!

Good trip
Good trip! The tour guide share the history of Phong Nha about the war. He also share us the knowledge about the rock👍🏿👍🏿 Dark cave is so exciting. Thank you for special arrangement to allow us to confirm the tour and go at the same day🙏🏾 if longer time in Dark Cave water park would be better

Absolutely recommend!
Before booking this tour, I was a bit skeptical because of the price, as it is definitely on the more expensive side. However, after completing the tour, I can highly recommend it to everyone. It was absolutely worth it.
The combination of the two different cave experiences makes the tour very dynamic and unique. In Paradise Cave, you can admire the stunning and breathtaking formations, while the Dark Cave offers a much more adventurous experience with mud, swimming, and exploring in complete darkness. Before entering the Dark Cave, the zip line is a fun highlight, and afterwards there is still time to enjoy the water park activities such as kayaking and more.
Our guide, Huang (also self-known as King), was excellent. He not only explained the tour activities and the caves in detail, but also shared interesting insights about the city, the country, and the local culture, which made the entire experience even richer and more engaging.
We were a group of 12 people, which I found to be the perfect size. It was easy to interact with others, and especially during the Dark Cave activities, the atmosphere naturally encouraged conversations and teamwork, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
Overall, this tour is definitely worth doing if you are spending a day in the area. Highly recommended!

Amazing !
Great experience with our tour guide for this full day adventure starting from mud bath followed by water adventure and phong nha cave tour. Vegetarian options included in the tour were also good and our guide Huan and Anna were very helpful and helped us make our day memorable

Definitely visit these two caves!
Both caves are very different, and both are definitely worth a visit!
Paradise Cave is all about sightseeing, while visiting the Dark Cave feels more like going on a lil adventure.
It is highly recommended that you go in a small group with a great tour guide like King!

Excellent Day Caving!!
What a wonderful caving experiences! Our tour guide was energetic, happy, and kept us moving. Our driver was efficient and very pleasant. Lunch was a wonderful variety of local foods and the zip line was very cool. Long live The King!!!

An Unforgettable Paradise & Dark Cave Experience
I had an amazing experience on the Paradise Cave and Dark Cave tour with Hoang. He was incredibly knowledgeable, and insightful throughout the trip, sharing interesting facts and stories that made the experience even more enjoyable. There was never a dull moment, and he kept the group engaged the entire time.
Everything was very well organized, and even as a vegetarian, I was happy to see that the lunch had plenty of good options available. It made the whole experience even more comfortable and enjoyable.
Overall, it was a fun, memorable, and well-planned tour from start to finish. Highly recommend this tour, especially with Hoang as your guide!
