We couldn’t find the meeting spot, the address wouldn’t show up on my map. When we asked the people at the front of the museum where it was they said it was 10 minutes away from the museum???? When I reached out to them to see if they could give us our tickets so we could enter because they had already entered they refused. They also refused to give me a refund so we had to buy tickets on our own after already paying for this.
Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your experience. We are very sorry that you had difficulty locating the meeting point and consequently missed the tour. As indicated on the voucher, the meeting point is not located directly at the Uffizi Gallery entrance. Guests are also asked to arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time to allow sufficient time for check-in and to meet the guide. For this tour, the entrance tickets are collected by the guide and distributed to the group before entering the museum. Once the guide and the group have entered, unfortunately, we are unable to provide the tickets separately, as they are managed as part of the guided service. We completely understand how disappointing and frustrating this situation must have been, especially as you then had to purchase new tickets independently. We sincerely regret that you were unable to join the experience and appreciate your feedback, which helps us continue improving the clarity of our meeting-point information. Kindest regards, Towns of Italy Team
Excellent guide knowledgeable about art and history of art. Good at pinpointing specific artifacts mainly paintings among the endless exhibition rooms
lorenzo was the best tour guide! he made it fun and was very enthusiastic !!!
Fabio was an excellent guide explaining the human stories behind the great paintings of the Uffizzi.
Fabio was an extremely knowledgeable guide. He gave us a great insight in to the human stories behind the most important paintings in the Uffizzi which made the visit extra special.
Fabio was a great guide. Thank you ❤️
Our guide was knowledgeable and got us thru the crowds to stand close to or be in front of the important art pieces. The pieces themselves were repetitive subject in different styles, mostly two dimensional. After seeing the Pitti Palace, and the big buildup. .the Uffizi was a big disappointment. Not much of anything there.
Vanessa was an amazing guide: we learned so much in a thoughtful and engaging way. Wonderful experience—would definitely recommend.
Worth ever penny. Loved that our groups were smaller than the ones around us. Every guide had a wealth of knowledge and did a great job of sharing without insulting (the lack of) Americans knowledge or dipping into current politics. Very challenging to do when so much of the history we are learning about on these tours has to do with politics.
Greta was absolutely amazing! She is so knowledgeable and answered any question we had! She was great at making sure we all saw the art while she told interesting stories of the paintings! The skip the line was so delightful! It was a perfect way to see the beautiful art in the Uffizi!
