As locals who love to eat, we've learned that Edinburgh has a huge amount of diversity to offer on the culinary front beyond just traditional dishes - we want to show it to you! I (William) will be hosting you. I want to share my passion for eating in Edinburgh by showcasing hidden gems in the food industry while supporting local family businesses. We've handpicked each dish based on personal favourites, while taking in mind the history and heritage of each location. We've spent the last year researching the tour, visiting your favourite locations and getting to know the owners and their stories. There are a lot of hidden gems in Edinburgh that people don't know about and we've included dishes you wouldn't expect to eat in Scotland. On this tour you'll be away from the tourist traps, with changing locations and dishes based on what's available in the city on that day. Once we come to an end, we'll provide personal recommendations to help you make the most of your vacation!
